Arby's - Schaumburg

My mom and I visited yesterday after a long day in Chicago, and those beef and cheddar sandwiches really hit the spot! The service was excellent, and we didn't have to wait at all. Highly recommend!

The food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. The drive-thru experience was also satisfactory.

Excellent value! Be sure to ask for their coupon sheet. The seasoned french fries are outstanding!

The sandwich was cold,and it should have been warm.

Food was mediocre and service was terrible. I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. After every item I ordered, the worker responded is that it? But not in a pleasant way. Then she would interrupt me saying stop my system is down which I understand, but you could tell she was frustrated and taking it out on me. I tried to make small talk at the window to try and make light of the situation and she ignored me.
