Dunkin' - Schaumburg

The staff at this restaurant is wonderful, the coffee is superb, and the donuts are perfect. The girl who assisted me even offered me a sample of a donut I was interested in, and I am so grateful she did because I ended up purchasing a few more. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for such a great experience.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The workers were rude and they didn't have any caramel or whipped cream. I always order pumpkin lattes and this was the first time at this location. It was absolutely terrible. Please improve your service.

I placed a large order (100+ donuts and 10+ boxes of coffee) for an event. I ordered the day before for an early morning pickup. Everything was ready when I arrived, and the staff even helped me load everything up. This is the second year I've used this Dunkin' for this event, and both times they were excellent. Thank you!

My favorite Dunkin! They are awesome! Good friendly service they?re always polite and personable. I?ve hardly be had to wait too long for my order. And everything is made well. I love the Ice Coffee and hot Coffee.

This place is quick, extremely friendly and very clean! I appreciate the overly friendly service experience my daughter and I had. We will choose this location every time!
