Fire Pita Grill - Schaumburg

This charming little restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere, quick service, and a welcoming staff. The Mediterranean cuisine is definitely worth a try. The meat is deliciously flavorful, with juices rich in a variety of spices. It’s a great local gem that’s well worth a visit!

The food here is delicious, packed with flavor, and the sauces on the side are fantastic. The pita is incredibly fluffy and soft. Although there aren’t any vegetarian options listed on the menu, they are happy to prepare mixed grilled vegetables or portobello with veggies upon request, which is what I chose. My mom really enjoyed her chicken dish as well. The interior is nice and modern, and I really liked the ambiance. The service was excellent—very friendly staff, and they also speak Polish! One thing they could improve is to offer complimentary water instead of requiring customers to purchase a drink.

This is my second visit to Fire Pita, and I absolutely LOVE it! It's truly one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Both times, my husband and I ordered chicken shawarma salads, which are both flavorful and juicy. Additionally, the pita that comes with it is FRESH, SOFT, and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend checking them out!

I don’t care if this place is full or empty, the quality that comes out of the kitchen is hands down the absolute best Mediterranean cuisine I have yet experienced. All that coupled with a wonderful aesthetically pleasing dining area. From the perfectly prepared shawarma, falafel, the homemade individual loaves of sourdough, the trio of delectable sauces and the rice, oh my lord the rice is to die for. Try it try it try it. This place is amaze!

I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for amazing filling Mediterranean food! I had the Portobello mushroom and chicken dinner with a Mediterranean salad and we also tried the chicken soup, and literally everything was delicious down to the pita bread! We have never tried Mediterranean food this home cooked, with unique flavors. The chicken soup had finely pulled chicken, it was the right texture for a savory dish and the pita bread was the best pita bread we have tried as well! You have to try it for yourself to get why it's our favorite :D
