Shameful, haughty service, incorrect order, and dirty gloves...

There was a substitution, I was not notified. Food was good.

I've stopped by this location a few times while driving through the Schaumburg area during lunchtime. Even after a few different visits, I've continued to be impressed by this particular location. The restaurant is located in the middle area of a strip mall off of Golf Road. The building interior is well-maintained, and the staff seem to do a good job keeping the tables and floor clean. Service has been excellent for each of my visits. Even at the busier times, the staff were helpful and friendly while taking order information. Sandwiches were solidly good each time. Wouldn't say that they were especially better than other locations, but I haven't had any issues or complaints about the quality of what I've received.

Ordered 3 times and they ran out of ingredients every time we order. Get a call from the delivery driver that they cant complete the order. Hire new management who understands how to provision. Absolute joke of a franchise.

Lamest j mikes around couldent have made my sandwich any more skimpier hardly put any meat and toppings on I?m just eating bread shoulda just went to Jimmy Johns for that
