Jersey Mike's Subs - Schaumburg

I've stopped by this location a few times while driving through the Schaumburg area during lunchtime. Even after a few different visits, I've continued to be impressed by this particular location. The restaurant is located in the middle area of a strip mall off of Golf Road. The building interior is well-maintained, and the staff seem to do a good job keeping the tables and floor clean. Service has been excellent for each of my visits. Even at the busier times, the staff were helpful and friendly while taking order information. Sandwiches were solidly good each time. Wouldn't say that they were especially better than other locations, but I haven't had any issues or complaints about the quality of what I've received.

I ordered from this restaurant three times, and each time, they were out of key ingredients. On one occasion, I even received a call from the delivery driver informing me that they couldn't complete my order. They really need to bring in new management that knows how to handle their inventory. This franchise is a complete disappointment.

The service was arrogant and disappointing, my order was incorrect, and the staff were wearing dirty gloves...

There was a substitution I wasn't informed about, but the food was good.

This is one of the least impressive Jersey Mike's locations I've been to. The sandwich I got was barely filled with meat and toppings; it felt like I was just eating bread! I should have just gone to Jimmy John's instead.
