Contribuisci feedbackHalf of our order was missing when it arrived. When I inquired about a resolution, I was told I couldn't get a refund and had to either borrow or repurchase the missing food. I ended up buying additional items, but after waiting 30 minutes, no one came back to assist us. My wife tried calling the other line, but no one answered. I will never return to Pizza Hut.
Bad customer service ever. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. only wings arrived. when I called to ask where they were. I was told they forgot my pizza. they wanted me to pick them up and nobody was told that it could go. after someone had just been there, 5 minutes before the fall of my wing. they said they would call me back. They never did. I always called the load. they would either not answer, hang on me, and when they finally answered, I was told that they were there in 10 minutes. they are never there, until then the load was closed and could not call. lady was rude. it didn't even try to apologize. never order again, I have to wait to load open to speak with the management. during which the guests I had did not eat. so embarrassing and stupid.
I don't like giving bad reviews BUT, I ordered 2 pizzas around 5:50pm and at 7:30pm no pizzas had arrived. I called the store several times and was told they use Door Dash to deliver and they don't have control when the driver arrives to pickup. This is the short version of the story. I ended up driving to the store to pickup our pizza's myself. At 10pm I received several text msgs stating that Sergio was on his way to pickup at Pizza hut, I ignored the msgs and then got a call, I told the guy, I don't know why you're calling me, I ordered pizza's 4 hours ago and had to go pick them up myself. Never again!
The pizza is decent, but the customer service needs improvement. The staff appears tired and unmotivated. Management should take the initiative to guide them on how to better operate the restaurant. It's important to greet customers and ask for their needs without delay.
I wish I could express my frustration about the woman with dark red hair who works there; her attitude is absolutely miserable. The customer service is terrible, and she is quite rude. Unfortunately, this restaurant is the closest one to my home, and I’m not sure if she’s a manager or just an employee, but they really need to improve. I hope she comes across this review and realizes that hating your job shouldn't affect how you treat customers.
