Sakura Sushi Schaumburg All You Can Eat

The sushi here is fantastic, and the appetizers are a great addition to the all-you-can-eat option. They offer Sapporo on tap for just $2.50, which is a real bargain, especially since it's one of my favorites. I will definitely be coming back!

We are in the area for my partner's job and wanted to try something new for dinner. This restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Great job by everyone! We will definitely eat here again.

I ordered two appetizers that were around $13, while my boyfriend chose the all-you-can-eat option, concentrating on sushi. However, he was charged for two all-you-can-eat meals. I'm puzzled about why the waitress billed him this way, especially since I made it clear that I would only be having the appetizers. As a result, I ended up being charged for the all-you-can-eat option, even though I didn't order any sushi, which ended up costing me more than the appetizers themselves.

Overall, while everything was acceptable in terms of taste, we were disappointed by the presentation and the lack of attention to detail, especially compared to the glowing reviews we had read. Salty Rice serves sushi that has minimal filling, with only about a quarter of each roll containing meat while the rest is mostly rice. The customer service leaves much to be desired, and it appears that all the kitchen staff are from South America and speak Spanish, with no Asian staff in sight. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend visiting Sakura Sushi.
