Starbucks - Schaumburg

I waited nearly 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. The drink was good, but they wouldn't give me a cup of ice.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to the rude behavior of the staff, particularly a girl named Miranda. She was quite unfriendly when taking my order, and the other girl was also not very pleasant.

I stopped by for a cup of coffee, and even though the place was very busy, my order was taken quickly, and I enjoyed my coffee shortly after.

Every morning they make coffee wrong. seeing his ice cream and I get it every morning, but if I ever come here, they get it wrong. now I have an ice cream fruity pebble taste drink coarse

They get simple orders wrong repeatedly even tho you complain the next day you will have the same mistake. Is it still a mistake then?
