Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service poor. No management, understaffed, and staff posing as manager. Tried ordering breakfast, waited outside at the drive thru to order at intercom for approx. 20 min, knocked on drive through window, and went inside to ask to speak to a manager. Female(s) were present would not give full names or info to make a complaint. I was told to find it online and they walked away. No name tags, appropriate uniform, and highly unprofessional. Claimed the store would open at 8am. I asked why wasn’t a sign put on the door since it is posted as being open at 7am or why didn’t anyone announce it on the drive-thru intercom. Employees were rude and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Very disappointing and I’m obviously dissatisfied. Also,made a complaint online. We will see if there’s any resolution. Time is money and my time is valuable. Hopefully, Wendy’s Mgmnt will address my complaint.
It's Wendy's...so we know what is there and what to expect.8-11-22: Restaurant was very clean. Employees were polite, food was correct. Bathrooms clean as well. Highly recommend!
Just spent $65 on food, they messed up the order and told me I would have to go back around and repay for the correct item, on top of that there was a hair in my burger. Terrible customer service and the manager was rude, if I could give this place 0 stars I would will not be returning!!!
Food just okay, certainly not worth the price. Employees were friendly (drive thru). I have the app but don't see any great perks like with some of their competitors.
Thought the service at the front end was great man was super pleasant courteous great manners and when I realized I was missing a sandwich I went back in and the cashier was away from the counter someone from the back came up and also extremely polite got me my missing sandwich and apologized for the mistake. Food was out super quick despite the line in drive thru definitely would stop here again. And thank you to the workers for a good experience.
