I ordered an already brewed venti coffee. Usually they just hand it to me after I order. This time I had to wait. After I saw people in front of me had all received their more completed orders, I finally went up and asked for my order which they THEN poured for me. Disappointing. Didn't really know what all was in my drink. I'm vegan and That is very important to me
Customer service obviously doesn't matter to this location. The make no effort for their customers. I was getting 10 drinks for a group event which obviously was not cheap. I went to pay with cash because that's all I had from the event manager which they refused to take saying they didn't have enough in their till. Then I used my kids money to pay gave them change so I could just have dollar bills they didn't include it when they paid and refuses to reopen the drawer to give me the dollar. I understand to some people this is trivial or petty but honestly the things asked of them were so small they just don't have a desire to help people.
