Dunkin' - Schiller Park

Not even worth coming here anymore starting a few weeks ago. The people they have working now don't listen or can't be bothered. Take this photo for example. Was supposed to be lightly toasted. Heads up Dunkin if it turns black it is burnt nottoasted. On top of that the last several times I have gone here inaccurate orders. Ask for everything bagels each time evenafter confirming guy gave me plain bagels. Ask for hashbrowns crispy? Get soggy most the time. Heck one time when I pointedout they burnt the bagels the guy put the now burnt bagels back with the fresh untoasted ones. Save yourself a headache andavoid this place.

Slower than slow waited in line for 10 mins only cause I wanted my coffee ??

Ordered a brown sugar oat latte, it was made with whipped cream and regular milk, i can tell the difference because i work at a dunkin and that?s not how it?s made. bagel was okay but burnt, it was fast service, but quality over speed matters the most.

I go in the weeee hours of the morning. The overnight guy is always on the phone he?s loud and always has an attitude. They never have anything I order. Honestly hate this Dunkin.

They had two women working together on the same drive through window and couldn't work with the people who was in the store waiting for someone to help them. They do not know how to cook the bacon it look like it wasn't done and they didn't want tokeep on cooking it until it was done. Someone need to assist the both of them one with the drive up and the other one with thecounter.
