Dunkin' - Schiller Park

I ordered a large pumpkin spice with cream and sugar today, and since it was in the low 40s, I assumed I didn't need to specify that I wanted it hot. Instead, they gave me a huge cup filled halfway with ice. Who wants iced coffee in this cold weather? I won't be visiting this location again.

It's Dunkin. I do miss that they don't make doughnuts in house as they taste old most of the time.

The iced drinks here are served with one-third less than what you receive at other Dunkin' locations.

I'm a type 2 diabetic, and my blood sugar dropped to 50, which is pretty low, so I needed some sugar to bring it back up to at least 70. After eating a bit, my levels went back up. Being diabetic is really challenging.

Got a L mocha no ice n they gave me this almost at the halfway point lol and this is the first place I've heard of charging more to split the bill them just to have it on one card , they also added extra stuff like munchkins to the order which we neverasked for or got so it would cost more , other than that the donuts are fine
