Ratskeller Schliersee

Here you get the traditional "Brauhaus" specialities like pigleg, ribs, Kraut etc... combined with Munichs best Beer (well, my favourite though)

Lots of space inside and out. We sat in the garden on a very hot day. Good beer and food. Pleasant service.

We can across this Keller as most of the town was closed in late February. The host was very welcoming and spoke good English. We had some excellent sharing plates, and one evening a full dinner of Bavaria cuisine, It was good value and very good food.

The food is good and fresh. The prices are good. You won't always get what's written on the menu. But the place is nice. The staff is...well...Bavarian...you will understand it once you experience it.

I love this place, one of the best restaurants in Schliersee. We came here for four dinners the food proportions are generous and the prices are good. I had two pork knuckles which were great ! The cordon blur was sooo good! The ribs were tender with a tasty homemade BBQ sauce. The two blokes who worked there gave outstanding service, so friendly and happy and part of the reason we returned so many times. The vibe of the restaurant is warm and very Bavarian I am definitely going to miss this place.
