Kentucky Fried Chicken - Schnaittach

Juice shop without end. A shame for KFC. The terminals crash as soon as you want to configure more than 2 things. The ordered items will only come after more than 45 minutes. These are not fresh, but gradually out of the rack. Where they were already at least 10 minutes beforehand. At the end there are several things missing and the rest is half cold.Ah and the Drive In is blocked by a car. Pure service, more so!

The restaurant's inne area has been closed for several weeks due to lack of staff, only Drive-thru is possible.And there is the highest caution for the customer: The prices on the display panels do not match the actual prices. According to the employees, the display boards have not yet been updated. As long as this is not the case, no higher price should be paid at the cashier, as long as you give something to seriousness and customer satisfaction. The KFC online customer retention action is not possible in this restaurant, as the store number is not mentioned on the cash register and can therefore not be entered in the KFC online form.

I chose this KFC because most others aren't in highway. At noon at 12 a.m. the restaurant is closed, only drive-in. So ordered there and eaten directly in the parking lot: Pommes only lukewarm and fillet bites dried out from long warmth. Refreshing cloths to clean hands there was no one. Most of the others have turned around and continued, we should have done too.

Unfortunately, only drive-in is still possible. Is this a permanent state then?! But the operation was very nice, so the three stars still....

Staff is very friendly and the food was warm and has been fit. However, it annoys that it has become a permanent state to eat in the car as the restaurant is closed due to lack of personnel. So I'm not going to go here anymore because after half a year, you should think why you don't have a staff.
