We love the petty-bourgeois dishes and therefore always like 5*

We were there two spontaneously today. Although everything was reserved, we could eat before the other guests came. The service was very good and the food came fast. There was ox breast with horseradish sauce, potatoes and vegetables. The breast could have been softer the potatoes did not see salt and the vegetables were frozen. Peas and tubes. I've been a chef for 30 years, and I'd never dare to give it out. The 2 mushroom carvings were small, extremely thin and therefore no longer juicy. At the sauce, the cook did not save with the white pepper.
