The restaurant Pfau under all cleanliness Unfortunately we were more than disappointed when visiting the Panorama Restaurant Pfau. Not only that the menu was more like a brittle bud from the next door, because there were only Viennese, Pommes and noodles on the map....No, the services also brought us the wrong food and seemed to feel the guests rather than harassment. The pommes seemed to be scratched from the back corner of the frit, as hard as they were and the 6 operators were often in the way, had no table plan and orders were partly simply forgotten or ignored. Even a star is too much here. I can only recommend going somewhere else, because that was definitely not a pleasure and pleasure is something else.

Not even worth a star Absolutely shaken we left this snack bar. As a restaurant you can not call it because the choice of dishes is just snacks. There is still plenty of air in the service. Invoices are distributed while passing, money cards are taken by hand to guests, orders are ignored, completely forgotten or the wrong food brought along. Spatiality was very clear and there was certainly no lack of personnel. Absolutely sad what happens here.

Nicht einmal einen Stern wert. Absolut erschüttert verließen wir diese Snackbude. Als Restaurant kann man es nicht bezeichnen, da die Auswahl der Speisen lediglich aus Snacks besteht. Bei den Bedienungen gibt es noch viel Verbesserungspotenzial. Rechnungen werden im Vorbeigehen verteilt, Geldkarten werden den Gästen einfach aus der Hand genommen, Bestellungen werden ignoriert, komplett vergessen oder das falsche Essen gebracht. Die Räumlichkeiten waren nur spärlich gefüllt, und das lag sicherlich nicht an einem Personalmangel. Es ist absolut traurig, was hier passiert. Service: Direkt vor Ort essen, Mahlzeit: Mittagessen.
