This is a reason to buy more at Ikea. There the other furniture houses hang very behind, there you have a lot of polystyrene etc. LG René

I ordered a Pax cabinet at Ikea. It began with the fact that two drawers were not in stock when ordering the site. They were delivered to me in September. However, incorrect size, as could be seen in the construction. This package was handed over to me only by postman if I paid him 36€ cash(the bill of the two floors). It seemed strange to me because I phoned Ikea days before and they wanted my account details for the bill. But I did this because I drove away a day later and I didn't want to leave the package for several days at a pick-up station. A short time later, I was deducted from the account again 36€. I telephoned several times with Ikea. Ikea meant this “door” payment they no longer make. I don’t know if the DHL messenger didn’t know but since I didn’t keep the bill of the offer I had to pay the order again. During assembly came Rhenus. Two young men were quick. Fixed the floors that were sent to me not fit and made me a hole in the cabinet door where no one belongs. In addition, they made neat saw chips dirty in and outside the cabinet. By the way, I telephoned with Ikea because I naturally requested a complaint with assembly. For a 2500€ cabinet 430€ assembly comprehensible. The Monteures took their money and were quickly gone. To date, I have received no feedback from Ikea.
