Be careful when using the car wash! I went to the car wash a few months ago. At the end of the process, the hairdryer of the system crashed into my tailgate of the Tesla Model Y and damaged the carbon rear spoiler and detached it from the tailgate. On site they showed understanding and apologized. I was allowed to fill out a damage report and they would contact me. I haven't received any feedback for months. So I went to the gas station and left my number for a settlement. No respond. My vehicle recorded the accident. Further steps follow.

ATTENTION RIP-OFF!!! Unfortunately, you have to be careful, since mid-September 23 there is now a maximum “parking time” of 60 minutes!! Even as a customer who, for example, goes to Burger King or wants to have a drink at the gas station... you shouldn't park your vehicle there for longer than 60 minutes otherwise you'll get a €40 fine! In general, it is of course not cheap to refuel at the airport. Even the drinks are more expensive than at other gas stations in the area. In the municipality of Schönefeld, 2km away, it is significantly cheaper! Just google it. The toilets are cleaner and the staff is friendlier. Very bad service, very bad gas station. Never thought I would give a gas station such a rating! Go somewhere else!!!! Update: The tenant/owner responded to me. He says it's strange to be at the gas station for more than an hour.....Wrong, it's not! The time starts as soon as you drive onto the site. Whether you eat something, wash the car or fill up the tank, time is ticking. That means filling up and eating relaxed at Burger King could end up being tight. From 60min 1s you pay 40€ He/she/it could have saved the answer. I've been a customer since day 1 of the opening and left a lot of money there. The €40 fine was now the last transfer... The feeling of rip-off remains. You can say whatever you want!!

Hello , It's an absolute disgrace when you fill up with them, wash your car and eat a little something. At the end you have to pay a fine of €40 if you exceed the 1 hour limit. Unbelievable and that as a customer.

It would actually be a great gas station if it weren't for one or two extremely unfriendly, slightly older employees. No hello, no goodbye, only stubby answers to questions, it was very unpleasant, next time I'll wait for a different service
