Navy Gateway Inns Suites Arizona Hall

I have no complaints about the Navy Gateway Inn and Suites at Pearl Harbor Marine Station. It's wonderful to see that NGIS has successfully renovated most of the rooms and buildings. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any issues that arise in the rooms. I highly recommend it.

We spent a month here after being away from the island, and our experience was fantastic. The cleaning staff was excellent and very friendly! The reception team was always incredibly helpful. We stayed in the second building near the roundabout, in a room that had a kitchenette. It was equipped with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes, and utensils. The only things missing were a sponge and a dishwasher. They do provide small towels, but we found it easier to purchase a sponge and dispose of it when we checked out. They are pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $125. Overall, I’m really glad I chose to stay here.

I had a great experience at the NGIS. I arrived early, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that my room was available right on time.

The buildings are spread out all over the place. Must have transportation. None of the locations are walking distance to food or shopping.

Nice place to stay , convenient location for my trip. The bigger fridge and freezer was nice. The staff was great, I wrote a note for the Keurig coffee and I always had the right stuff.
