Mcdonald's - SCHOFIELD

Yall keep screwing up mobile orders which should be the most straight forward order ever. Idk if people can’t read but i work in customer service and our standards are much higher when checking and serving to customers. I come here very often and i spend a lot of money here just to be disappointed and it’s really frustrating

I ordered the quarter pounder extra value meal with a medium orange soda for $10.55 and they came to my car with just the burger and soda, it's pretty bad when they start ripping off the customer at the drive-thru, bad business

I just ordered curbside pickup for a single large shake and after 15 minutes I went inside to see what was wrong only to find my shake sitting unmarked on the counter, where it had probably been for at least five minutes. When I asked about my ignored pick up order, they were very polite and apologetic but I still only got an overpriced, mediocre, nearly room temperature shake out of it. I'm not the type to complain but this was ridiculous.
