Der Service an der Theke, wo man Frühstück bestellt, war leider unfreundlich. Das Geschirr war dreckig und musste erst auf Nachfrage gereinigt werden. Es gab keine Servietten zum Saubermachen, und es fehlten Brezeln und Eier für das Frühstück. Im WC gab es weder Seife noch Klopapier. Insgesamt keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung. More than disappointing, used to be a great baker. Well arrived at exactly 11 for breakfast with three people to order a breakfast tower. After standing in the shop for 5 minutes we were finally noticed and told that the cheese was empty and there was no more breakfast tower. When I asked, it wasn't possible to get a tower without cheese, and after asking three times until exactly what time breakfast was served, there was no correct answer. Very disappointing but you can tell from the reviews which direction it's going...

We always went to Maurer's for breakfast very often. But this morning the service was so bad and slow that I freaked out. An employee with red and braided hair packed 2 bags of rolls and 1 large box of cakes and cakes for her family in front of our eyes and didn't take a cent for them. Then I wanted 1 Nutella instead of sausage and that's what you calculated. Although sausage is more expensive than Nutella!!! Here everyone does what they want. Real juice shop!!!!! Give the family a gift and ask me 1 euro for Nutella!!!! And I wasn't asked what kind of bread I wanted either. We pay 25 euros for breakfast, which we are simply told to pay. Unfriendly and rude and cheeky!!!!
