Io e un collega ci siamo trovati qui per lavoro...abbiamo provato questo ristorante: beh, due insalate, due mini cotolette con asparagi e due dolci 110 euro! Vergognoso una fregatura! Visualizza tutti i feedback.
Excellent dishes. highly recommended. cozy atmo. nice service.
Our stay at the gasthof hirsch was again a great experience around, from warm welcome, the comfortable rooms to the excellent culinary experience in the beautiful restaurant. all the dishes carefully prepared with the freshest ingredients showed the amazing culinary skills of the Chef Zimmermann,...and the service, under the vigilant eye of the owner, is attentive and secret (ms. weber, by the way, is an amazing baker and diner can enjoy their excellent broth and biscuits.) a carefully selected wein list, pretty cool. a feeling of generousness and well-being saves the gasthof hirsch and we cannot wait to relive his gast friendship in the near future.
The couple that leads the gasthof welcomes them personally and has the best weine in the offer. also a large number of speculative Black Forest cuisines and a very special honey from the forests of the region!
Eating was excellent. server were professional and friendly. there was a lot to eat for everyone on our table, including a vegetarian. a visit in schramberg is worth definitiw.
When you go through the door you get a strange impression as if you go through a closed pub, but the stairs up to the first floor and you go into another world. we fell in at midday and fell in love with the top. the furnishing and table settings reminded me of the posh restaurants I visited thirty years ago, but the service was very friendly. the wine list was an eye opener. the sides were: local sprout local weine from other sprouts less local German wee from the grapes that were not cultivated in front of location half flaschen bordeaux and that was it. obviously a list of someone who knew what they were. if they don't think they like German weeping, they give him a chance. I had the local sauvignon blanc and it was so good or better than anything I had at the price. since it was the new wein season, the amuse bouche was a hot cake (onion tart, then after home made brot and drop. as I just brought in a couple of lunch breaks, the starter plate seemed with a little of all just the job. I often wished in restaurants that I had the mute, the appetizers just to graze and here I have the chance. so I had smoked for eur14 lachs with freshly roasted coriander seeds, a bruschetta, a tomate and mozzarella, a fishterrine, a heringtar, melone with black forest ham and vitello tonato. yum yum! and a teller of four to follow (my hobby, said the dame! Why wouldn't they like it? They may simply feel restless about the apparent formality. relax! unnecessary to say English is spoken, we saw an American couple led by the fishing options with more knowing that I have seen in Britain.
