Only giving a one star review, as zero is not an option. What kind of Italian ice place doesn't have lemon? No lemon no stars. What a joke...

The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Service is generally quite prompt.

We arrived at 8:50 PM, just 10 minutes before closing, and found a small line. Even though I was in line before they closed, they turned off the lights right at 9 PM and refused to serve me. Despite my patience, they ignored me and all retreated to the back. One employee was on her phone while the others cleaned instead of assisting customers. It was a terrible experience!

Rita's Ice is consistently great! It seems like many places these days are facing challenges in finding staff, which I don’t blame them for. However, it is noticeable. During busy times, you might experience longer wait times due to staffing shortages.
