La Casa Toscana - Schwäbisch Hall

Rude and Unfriendly service from the waiter. I had safron/lemon soup with prawns, the soup was tasty but the prawns were overcooked. For maincourse I had a salat with artichokes and egg. The artichokes were from a can and the salat was not worth eating. No one from the staff asked to our wellbeing or if our food was okay. My husband had lamb chops that was very good though, so I give this place 2 stars. There are plenty of good restaurants in Schwabish Hall, so choose another.

Went here with someone who had last been over 20 years ago. At the time it opened, the pizza oven was a new and incredible thing ;-) I'm happy to report that the quality is still top notch even after all these years. We arrived for dinner w/o a reservation. The front part of the restaurant was full and we were escorted to a back room, which was very quiet. Service was good and friendly, even though we were a bit out of the way of the wait staff. We had salads and pizza, which were excellent. I'm sorry we didn't get to sit up front, as it seemed very fun and lively. Given that we visited in January, we didn't get to sit outside either; I'm sure it's lovely seeing as how the restaurant is perched high above the town. I'd definitely return and I highly recommend this restaurant looking for good Italian food.

The food made from high quality products. The restaurant is well known so there is usually a lot of people, think about to make the booking first. We enjoyed different Italian starters and main courses too.

I have visited this restaurant a number of times and never had a poor experience. There is a wide variety of food which is all great. Service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Don't get me wrong, the pizza is great. But there is so much more to the menu at this place that you owe it to yourself to try everything on the menu. From lamb to prawns, everything was excellent.
