Evrything's fine, good pizza, good and quick service. Price are good too. The restaurant is below a nice old tower
This is a very little place, right by the old tower quite cute. I don't expect much for inexpensive pizza, but this was low quality even for that soggy/limp crust and not much flavour. The waiter (who I think was also the owner) seemed annoyed to have to put down his newspaper to bring us our food or another drink. We'll choose elsewhere next time we are in Schwalmstadt.

I liked to travel early, and so I was once again the first to go and the next came also when I was paying the bill. After entering the small restaurants you can immediately feel the Italian flair. Italian music from the boxes but nothing cheesy, as usual in allegedly typical pizzerias. somehow cozy, simple and not overloaded gschmÃ1⁄4ckt. and relatiw small with only six tables and a little over 30 seats. the chief greets me kindly and gave me the card. I had already been looking forward to a minestrone before, and then I ordered it, and I had fun on pizza. the menu with which for me almost exactly the correct number and selection of food: 23 pizzen and a total of just over 70 feeds (appetizers, salads, suppen, etc. included . almost because I lacked the meat dishes! there are only pizza and pasta. but if you're on pizza and pasta, you're right here. at the pizza I decided for a pizza speciale (tomatoes, cheese, ham, salami, fresh champignons and paprika with additionally swirling and garlic. it could also have been a pizza quattro stagioni, with additional paprika and salami I mention it only because this was then on my bill. in addition, I order a small mixed salad for my favorite. the question after thunfisch I denied, but at the question after smanding or edgy dressing I got into the stall. And what does the chef do: he says he just makes both dressings, then my wife can decide what she uses for the salat. : thank you. last I ordered a half-dry white wine, and then I stopped the dinge that comes. first a hot minestrone, very well meant because filled to the edge. I was offered parmesan. taste typical minestrone for my taste maybe a little flavored, but otherwise good and rich. the pizza followed, richly covered with wobble. I didn't taste the garlic, and as it turned out later, I didn't even notice this wish. the pizza was big and chess and as described richly occupied. as I like it, fresh mushrooms, paprika sour inlaid (remembering the pizzeria bonventi, unfortunately no longer existing, was missing the salt and reminded me of an entertaining in flourorence, whereupon I also discussed the chef later. so a little salted and everything was good. I did not get the portion again and so I got a kinderpizza packed to take home. back to saltless pizza in florence. I was curious and wanted to know if this was typical Italian. I hadn't asked anyone yet. a smile and nod accompanied the answer yes, especially in the toscana this is typical. there would also be a reason, but he had forgotten it. but the Tuscan pizza baker knew it.
