We told the people at the table and the lady who came with the drinks we pulled in. Then the waiter came long. Extremely angry. Put the bill on the table and pay us. We apologise for getting involved several times and said we would like to eat too. The aggresive waiter continued to demand 12.50 euros from us in such a rude man. Then he went to the next table to joke about the stupid scandinavians. Money machine and waste of time. Don't go here. So many other places to visit in Zillertal. We paid for the drink and ran out of the place withput food. Was it extremely not welcome because we pulled the table????????
This mountain restaurant was loaded, but the staff found us table. The beef goulash with scout was great. The service was friendly although the place was full. Cosy, not-to-feine like some others in the area. And the green salad was great!!
Very nice spot, with table service, inside and out. Service could be better, hot cacao as bad as everywhere in this region.
I ski more then 20 years and i must say that it is the worst place i have eaten on any skislope. It sounds hard but if you see my other reviews you can see that i am always honest. The story: we ordered our food around 12:15. We were with 6 adults and 6 children. In this skihut it's not self service. Around 12:45 two from the 12 persons got their food. 15 minutes later they came back at our table and said that 2 dishes that we have ordered are not possible to serve. So we ordered something different. It's now 13h. 13:05, 20 minutes after the first two persons got their food ... 13:05 four more dishes. 13:20 the rest of the dishes. So if you want to eat together ..... Don't go here. The prices are also more elevated then other places on the slopes but the service is worse. Please don't go here!!! They do not deserve your money!
My father ordered a beer and a soup. I ordered a soft drink, a coffee and a dessert. I got the coffee in about five minutes. Then we waited for another ten minutes for the beer and the soft drink. Ten more minutes for dessert (which I assumed I would eat with coffee, but we already have all drinks, hot and cold, until then consumed). We waited for the soup for ten minutes, but she never arrived. At the same time, the same soup was delivered to other guests who arrived and ordered us. We waved to the waiter to make them aware of the problem, but they always talked to the locals and ignored our section of the restaurant. Another ten minutes before a waiter approached us. At that time we were at the restaurant for about 50 minutes. We told the waiter we wanted to pay, but we never got the soup we had ordered. The waiter told us they had problems with the kitchen. He continued that he would take the soup off the bill, but scared us not to inform him about the problem before we wanted to pay so he could fix it. I told him we were trying to get someone's attention, but we were ignored. He answered that we should have stood up from the table and approached him, and we had to learn to communicate our problems before we ask for the bill. This comment made a bitter aftertaste than the mess with our order. It is one thing not to be at the top of your game and another, the fault for him on the customer. I don't know about you, but if I'm in a restaurant, I really don't expect me to go after the waiters to tell them that we haven't received any meal we had ordered. The coffee and dessert are good, but my father and I have unfortunately agreed that this was the worst service we had received during our weeks ski holiday in the Zillertal.
