Wonderful and lively range of vendors growing rapidly each year. I would estimate half produce and raw goods, including 1-2 organic farms, and half prepared goods, from microgreens to prepared dinners, and of course from soup to nuts. Perhaps 30 or more vendors total, with many, many winning vendors. Chance to get to know your farmers, the pace of the harvest, as well as see folks from Scotch Plains, Fanwood and the other neighboring towns (including Scotch Plains Gardening Club, which hands out free seeds sometimes! . Hardworking and well-mannered staff overall: please and thank you are remembered here, unlike so many other enterprises these days staffed by sullen, ill-trained workers . I would say I drop 100-175 most visits, the prices are high but the quality is high as well. I try to shop by 9 am as many choice items sell out quickly, and on a hot day you want to score your produce before it has a chance to wilt. Good job Scotch Plains! Saving that extra star for one more organic vendor.
Great selection of nj small businesses. Fresh fruit and vegetables
So many farms! Organic! Sweets! Pickles! And BOOZE! Fantastic stop for sure!
The restaurant consistently offers fresh vegetables and fruits, along with unique food options... and to top it off, there's a selection of alcohol available!
