Billy's Boudin Cracklins - Scott

Billy's is awesome. It's fried heaven. The boudin balls are fantastic. They have crawfish pies ,egg rolls crawfish boudin, stuffed chicken, and pork wrapped in bacon

Awesome.... I love this place. The crawfish boudin is amazing. Drove from Houston Texas to Orlando Florida and had to make a stop on the way home. Bought a foam cooler and stocked up on the frozen boudin and green onion sausage.

Proud of their mid grade $8 per LB boudin. Expected more being in the boudin capital of the world Scott LA. SWLA has twice as good boudin for half the price. I can only raise my eyebrows reading people say it's the best boudin they ever tried. Price isnt concern if it were worth it. I guess if you're in BUFU they do things their own way. In fact Dan's, best stop and now Billy's have failed to impress me. Different strokes for different folks. The crawfish sandwhich was like something you see from Napoleon Dynamite on wonder bread. Basic across the board.

You cannot leave LA without stopping here if you live out of state. This place is always packed. The chicken cracklin is so good. Picking up some varieties of boudin. The first time I ever had boudin it was from Billy’s. I’ve been a fan ever since.

The crawfish pie was disgusting and I had to throw it out on to I10 while gagging. Boudin balls were good though.
