Sonic Drive-in - Scott City

Grace needs to go, terrible work ethic. Terrible people skills, rude, just entirely contrary to what good business looks like.

This place needs to train employees to actually work and not just stand around. Just got my food from them and got no bag to varry my Chilli dogs in. Waited 15 minutes for 2 Chilli dogs and a large tatortot. By far the worst location I've been to

We saw the nice menu from Loves store side and decided to give it a try. The lady said 15min wait for 2 chicken sandwiches, I went to sit down. What a shocking dirty place. I started taking images as this is a food environment and should be hygienely and clean first of all. Seems the floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time! Really disgusting

It was a lousy experience at sonic here today. My fresh fruit strawberry slush was not even mixed up.

We where driving thru on our way home. Went out of our way to stop there as we like Sonic. First off there where cones in front of all the drive in stalls except for four. There was two cars in two of them with nobody in the cars. As we parked I could hear somebody talking so I rolled down the window. A woman was saying that the stalls were closed. Had to go inside or drive thru. We chose drive thru as we had fur babies in our car. When we got to the window I asked for extra napkins. The lady said they where in the bag. Then I asked for sauce for the chicken and she seemed bothered by that. She was very unfriendly and rude. I also asked for onions on my Coney dog. There where none. The chicken strips where very small and overcooked. The tots weren't bad but all and all was a terrible experience. Will never stop at that store again. Thanks for letting me vent!
