Contribuisci feedbackRude and unfriendly service and was lacking in options for both vegans and young children. Would've been fairly easy to make one of the soups on offer vegan, but I was rudely informed they weren't even vegetarian. The only option was veggie haggis which I didn't fancy so gave it a miss and had a delicious lunch at the Border's Pottery at St Abbs instead. Much friendlier service there which makes all the difference.
Worth a trip to St Abbs just to eat here, very quaint, seating indoors and outside, fantastic views. Excellent value for money. The food was gorgeous, made to order and so fresh. Can highly recommend the crayfish baguette.
Unfortunately, wrong time of day for one of their spectacular looking cakes and had to settle for hot chocolates instead. The menu was varied and the we sat outside on a bench watching food arriving around us. Definitely a tick for next time we are in the area.
Amazing village with an amazing cafe lovely people and great food... made fresh to order nothing too much trouble asked for roll without butter and was told no problem ,brill customer service
What a fantastic wee find. The friendliest , efficient staff we’ve come across so far. The cakes were out of this world. Highly recommend the lemon meringue pie. We will be back, thank you
