Ambrosia India Bistro - Scotts Valley

I'm here several times. it is quite formal (fancy decoration, very dark etc.) but is friendly when they have children. fake butter huh, excellent suppen, great appetizers all clearly labeled as vegan. I bring people from town to show. really don't go wrong!

Food is delicious and rich in flavor!! Get the vegan korma or tofu masala. Only wish they had a vegan Thali plate!

The food here is delicious they have a completely vegan menu, including appetizers. The staff is wonderful, especially Nischal. Order the cauliflower appetizer, the tofu tikka, and the eggplant!

Ambrosia is about as good and Indian cuisine that you could ask for in this vicinity. The Garlic Naan is super buttery. The Samosas are large and flavorful. The Butter Chicken is a really sweet treat. I had the Traditional Curry Lamb which had a wonderful sauce, however I found the meat especially though. Service is super attentive and very helpful too. I recommend checking it out.
