Chili's Grill - Scottsbluff

Stopped for a bite to eat with my sons, while my dad was in the hospital. There was chips all over the floor under the table we were sat at, and my menu was sticky with some sort of substance. We sat for 20+ minutes, with all kinds of employees walking but, without anyone even asking us what we’d like to drink. We said **** on it and went to Applebee’s. I’ll never go back, and will find as many places as I can to leave a positive review, such as this.

Waited ovrr 20 minutes at the bar! Never once got service. So wecwalked out!

My least favorite part of getting my food to go at this location is the part where thirty people (who I'm assuming are taking and moving orders and are busy) walk past into and out of the kitchen and pretend not to see you. The To-Go counter needs to be moved to a place where it's harder for workers to pretend to not see you for legitimately 15 minutes and counting.

What's up with this store Turning off doordash at 430 pm? This has been a trend for quite sometime and it's quite annoying. I know.you guys aren't that busy
