Mcdonald's - Scottsbluff

I ordered a small hamburger. I got only a bun. It took along time to get someone to get my hamburger. Bun was burned so NOT a good experiemce ?

I used to live in Torrington and moved to Gering Ne. I Recently became a dasher. As I was Entering the restaurants. Not one employee acknowledged me. They looked at me and looked away. It's very evident that none of them want to be there and drive through is more of a priority. That was my first time that dashing. Had to get the manager's attention. I asked her where do I pick up Dasher's orders. In a Rude Tone Right there she points to it. There was well over six bags with no help at all I had to rummage through people's bags with their Receipts that you could barely see the numbers. I took the order And delivered it. I had to go back to the store For another order. The parking Lot was so busy so i had to park on the opposite side of the building. Door was locked. I walked around the Building to the main doors. While four crew members outside smoking cigarettes Yelled at me saying that they were closed. It was 11;01pm I stated how am I supposed to get my dash orders. While they continued the yell. we don't do dash orders after eleven. I kept on getting notifications to pick up orders that I had To decline Making my ratings go down. I proceed to go on the dasher app and what do you know That mcdonald's takes dasher orders up until eleven thirty. If this isn't the case they need to fix that. The atmosphere of that store and the people that we're working is ridiculous and rude. I will never eat at this mcdonald's I will take my business to Gering. And i'm also a Store manager in Torrington of a fast food Business. The night crew is a joke.

By far the cleanest McDonald's I have been to. Friendly staff and fast service. What more can you ask for.

This McDonald's was handling a busy lunch hour like Champs! Rob took our order, he was real friendly and knew what he was doing with our online coupons and kept things moving no problem. Food was PERFECT and delicious!
