Buffalo Wild Wings - Scottsdale

The worst buffalo wings I've ever had. the worst eating out of everything. they don't play any of the local teams. very strange place. very inappropriate and unpleasant atmosphere. food: 1/5

Food is nothing to write home about. Standard bar food. Beer is great! Great sports atmosphere!

Many years ago this was the place to come and watch the games, connect with friends and enjoy those great wings; not so anymore We stopped coming about 6 years ago after a bit so great experience with the food; but every once in awhile we break down and TRY to give it a second chance We stopped in at this location while on vacation with the family and once again we we disappointed We were seated and given menus that were. I 've red on some sticky substance, not just one but ALL of them...needles to say we ordered and immediately washed our hands The menus still had on it the Buffalo wedge salad which I was going for but was informed that they were no longer serving that because of a wedge lettuce shortage ...it 's iceberg lettuce for crying out loud and you should have adjusted the menus to reflect your decision Anyway on to the items we did get A few got the hamburgers which were too greasy to eat, onions was orders with one but were told they ran out ... we were there at 4:30pm...what the heck We ordered boneless wings and the first one I bit into was raw in the middle..that was a major turn off...husband said the rest were okay though You maybe wondering why we didn 't send it back or notify the management...been down that road before and it was just excuse after excuse Buffalo Wild Wings...you need to take a good look at your restaurants...THEY HAVE GONE WAY DOWNHILL

We came here for dinner when visiting great wolf lodge. It wasn't busy so we were happy to come. First the menus were sticky, all of them. They have a salad on the menu but then said they didn't carry the lettuce for that salad anymore. We ordered onion rings and they came back and didn't have those. And then when we got our food, the burgers were all super greasy so we needed more napkins and when we asked for them they said they were super low on napkins and gave us drink napkins. Talk about not being customer friendly. Even when we saw someone bring napkins in they didn't bring us any. Wouldn't recommend. The staff was alright, I mean obviously not going to be the greatest when the restaurant isn't even set up to be successful or have high standards. Go to the chilis across the street and save your money and time from this love .

Worst service ever! They were not busy and seated us quickly. 10 people celebrating the 2 losers of fantasy football league. Three members of our group were participating in the hot wing challenge. The contest: 10 hot wings eaten in 5 minutes. Our orders were placed and all the orders came out at separate times. A buffalo chicken salad did not show up till we were all done, minus the chicken. In addition we had to ask twice for forks and napkins. Four times we asked for water refills. Three times requested take home containers. How can one waitress be so inadequate in their job and still be employed, POOR MANAGEMENT NO MANAGEMENT AND NO TRAINING! The food was adequate, floor was filthy with food all over and tables were sticky. Save your money and time, go somewhere else. I will not be returning ever.
