Dunkin' - Scottsdale

Friday March 16. The outside building looked compelling and DD+BR isn’t readily available in my area back home.I pruned in for a Chai Tea Latte, two donuts, and two scoops of ice creamPros:+Outbuilding aesthetics very inviting.+Servers are working as hard and as fast as possible.Cons:+Bad Chai Tea Latte. Hardly any flavor.+The two workers did everything they could to keep pace with Coffee Counter, Drive Through, and Scooping Ice Cream! We had a significant wait time for ice cream. We noted we were amazed at the work load these folks were taking and that the manager should rethink the employment strategy.+The special recommended “Churro Donut” was like a dry piece of old bread. Don’t get that one.+Tables can’t be cleaned regularly because the two servers work load is insane.

WORST DUNKIN EVER. ALWAYS MESSING UP, DON’T GO THERE!

Seriously the best Dunkin in the area with a friendly environment and great service. The manager is always thoughtful and kind as well as helpful and understanding.Thanks

Probably one of the worst experiences at any Dunkin. All of the staff seemed completely uninterested in being there or serving customers. Very short and rude. Donuts all looked like they had been sat on and were stale. Got a refresher and watched one of the staff members lift and use the inside of her shirt to open the juice box. The place was so filthy.

Quick drive thru service that was friendly. Food was good!
