Dunkin' - Scottsdale

This Dunkin' Donuts was fantastic! The staff treated my daughter like a princess while we were there. They even named a drink after her! It's safe to say my little girl was beaming when we left the store and promised to return soon. I'm also happy to recommend this location over the two closest ones!

I just got back from Dunkin' Donuts. I went in the late afternoon, so the donuts weren't at their freshest. Having worked at Dunkin' Donuts before, I know the schedule for when donuts are made, so I wasn't upset about that. However, the staff was amazing! My order was incorrect, but Brandie and Tori went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. I ordered 100 donuts correctly, and Tori and Brandie are incredibly efficient employees. I ended up enjoying my experience even more than the donuts themselves. They really turned my day around!

My iced coffee was quite nice. However, the young man assisting me was unable to confirm whether the donuts contained milk or eggs. Additionally, one of the employees was seated and having a conversation, which was somewhat distracting.

I’m raising my rating for DD to 3 stars, and honestly, I even thought about giving it 4. It’s a bit surprising, right? For some reason, I woke up thinking about that veggie egg white turkey...
