Echo Coffee - Scottsdale

The maple donut is a delicious vegan option! I wasn't a big fan of the cold brew coffee, but the matcha tea was smooth and delightful! If you're looking to try something different, the Four Horsemen black tea is a great choice, though I wouldn't recommend comparing it to Earl Grey or breakfast tea.

I spent the day working here and had a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and I enjoyed the best chai latte I've had in a long time. Their seasonal bread was also delightful! Plus, they had dog treats available outside, which was a lovely touch.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and the coffee was fresh and full of flavor without any burnt taste. I even took a chance and tried the Lavender Flavored Coffee, which was perfectly balanced and didn’t taste artificial at all. I would definitely recommend this place! On a side note, even though it's near the Scottsdale border, I showed up in my pajamas because my morning didn’t start off great, and I didn’t get any judgmental looks! That really contributed to a wonderful atmosphere. Kudos to both the staff and the customers for creating that vibe. Thank you!

Great cold brew, lavender latte was amazing! The pastries are phenomenal

Hands down the worst service ever. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I didn't think a nonfat vanilla latte was a ridiculously hard drink to make but apparently it is. Finally one of the drinks was ready and she gave it to another customer who was waiting and then I was made another one and it wasn't what I ordered so finally the 3rd drink was given to me and it wasn't correct either. 23 minutes later I paid 11.00 for an iced coffee. Worst place ever, there was only 2 people ahead of me when I went in but leaving, the lobby was full of people waiting for drinks. Do not recommend at all
