Einstein Bros - Scottsdale

For the first time I was with this special Einstein, very satisfied with the wonderful service of the two women who work this morning. I ordered a free coffee thru the app with my purchase and asked if I could add sweeteners and they were both so friendly to give me this time free as I did not know about the fee. I'm sure I'm back, and I'll be ready for the next time. Great customer service a d of coffee was amazing

Wow! I and my friend were impressed by your cashier named Mindy last Sunday. She made us welcome and important! She was conscious and super friendly and what a big smile and sparkling personality. Thank you for having them on board. We will pass many other places to this place when we receive this kind of service with a real smile: And the bagels and coffee were also top notch!

The cute girl who worked in the kitchen this morning was super fast with the food and communicative. The man in the register had a very welcoming personality.

I finally circled back to Einstein Bagel. I stopped eating the bagels for a rough transition after it was sold. I admit it was certainly worth it, Kaitlyn served me and I am happy to recommend this place. They bake great bagels and make a great sandwich!!!

Although last year I had an encounter with a manager that was far from pleasant, everyone deserves a second chance. He has been very nice as well as all the other staff. They have been on point for the past year. I’m happy to come back every time.
