Cosy and friendly. All employees were helpful. The outside seats are quite hot as it is on the open balcony, but inside is cool. All on the table loved their food except the first salsas that came with the chips.
El Encanto in Odysea has a great ambience and decor and friendly service. I enjoyed the food, and the prices were mexican food standard, not exorbitantly raised because of venue. There is a full bar along a wall in gorgeous floor to ceiling wood that really adds to the ambience, as well as limited outdoor covered seats, and great views along the window side of the restaurant. I would recommend El Encanto if you were hungry after a walk through the aquarium.
Absolutely the best Fajitas! This is not a cheap meat cut, but the most tasty, delicate steak I've been ordering for a long time, and it was more than I could eat, I can't imagine how big the dinner is served. The chips were fresh, thin and crispy, served with three different salsas. Husband had cheese enchiladas with ground beef that were excellent. We finished it with Sopapillas and Honey, another winner. The service here was fast and friendly, Terry, the manager is a treasure. It was a great experience, we will often be back!
We enjoyed our experience at El Encanto at Odysea. The atmosphere was very nice, although the speaker for the live guitar player was a touch too loud, and the service from every employee was excellent. We LOVED the delicious sour cream sauce on the Pollo Fundido and the chicken on both of our dishes was cooked perfectly. We though the chips and salsa could have been better given the kind of flavorless chips and the non-spicy salsa. They gave us two options: mild and hot, but the mild tasted like tomato sauce and the hot was mild. Overall, we were pleased with our visit- especially the margaritas- and would recommend!
