Five Guys Burgers Fries - Scottsdale

The customer service at this restaurant is phenomenal. Despite a small mistake on my burger, the representative Jay went above and beyond to make it right. He was super friendly and kind, offering me an extra free item to compensate for the inconvenience. Even though I declined, he still made the entire order again, so now I have double the amount of food I originally ordered. It's rare to find such great customer service, so I am grateful for their kindness. Thank you for showing that good customer service still exists.

Delicious, but not if you want to behave. Great burgers and pommes. I would try the dishes that look good, and it is a little expensive, though spent 30 for 2 persons. Big frit is also a really big seemingly.

I've had one of the greatest burgers ever at this restaurant. The fries are also amazing.

This restaurant serves one of the top burgers in the area. However, I would prefer if their menu was more detailed.
