Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Wine

Update after post: I was contacted by one of the operating partners at Flemings regarding my review to give my feedback on the experience we had the night before. Jeff was very apologetic and appreciative of my feedback. I appreciate the attentiveness and willingness to hear my concerns. I will continue to come here as this is a wonderful restaurant and service is amazing. One bad meal won't change that. Thanks again Jeff! We have been coming to Fleming's for years but last night was disappointing. We ordered a Tomahawk steak but it was not cooked to our liking. Our sides were given to another table sitting by us so another order had to be prepared. We didn't get comped for any of this. Very disappointing to say the least. It was not a good experience for a high end restaurant.

What a spectacular evening! We started with drinks from the bar that were perfect. Our server, Bobby was attentive without being intrusive. We split a delicious Caesar salad. I had a special request regarding how my steak was cooked. Not only was it perfect, but the executive chef came out to check that everything was good. Unbelievable! We will go back very soon! This was a 5 star experience!

Bad food again. Overcooked and low quality 11 oz filet. Suspect they're trying to cut costs and have downgraded purchased meat. Foolish move when you're charging $60 for a steak. The restaurant is rarely busy when others at DC ranch are fully booked. Suspect they won't make it which would be great if a better quality restaurant replaced them.

The last two times we visited here pur service hasn't been very good. This visit our steaks were undercooked but the server never came back to check on them(he came over as soon as they were delivered but we didn't have the chance to cut into them yet. also we sat for about 20 min after we said we didn't want dessert until our check was delivered.

Our waiter Julian was amazing! The food outstanding, we took advantage of the Tomahawk Tuesday but had the Porterhouse meal. I was very impressed by the restaurant. I would highly recommend the DC Ranch location.
