Hot Noodles Cold Sake - Scottsdale

First time in. Got some help with the menu from the owner(? as it is quite confusing at first. I went with the seafood and the #3 heat. I recommend sticking with the #2 for the first try. I was actually not really feeling the noodle thing as much as my wife, but was pleasantly surprised! It was really good! We both liked it a lot and will definitely recommend you try this place!!! Has a HOT bowl of RAMEN. Yes, the name speaks for itself. VEGAN Ramen tasted good. The mushrooms were tender, but fleshy, the noodles had a nice tooth and a total satisfying lunch. Hold on. Chef and owner is passionate about his rams, presentation is spot at a pleasant view.

Delicious, generously-sized traditional homemade dishes! The high-quality sauce comes with plenty of customization options to create your perfect meal. John and James were fantastic and very friendly!

I had a wonderful experience dining here. The ramen was perfect—I tried the level 5 spicy shoyu ramen, and it was delicious, along with the pig bun. It's a small, quiet spot with fantastic flavors and quick service.

I, along with many others I'm sure, have been on a quest for the best ramen in town. After visiting around 5 or 6 different restaurants, I can confidently say that this place is likely in my top 2, if not the very best. Each element of the dish offers a burst of unique flavor, and I believe they serve the most authentic egg. I really enjoy this spot and the staff, but I feel they could be a bit less focused on the ordering process and entering meals into the computer.
