Ihop - Scottsdale

My son and his friends went into the restaurant at 10:15 on. Friday night. They are all hard working kids,who use their own money, and were looking for somewhere to eat. They were greeted with a threat of the cops being called if they didn’t leave because last time kids can in after a football game the didn’t pay. I’m sorry but this is absolutely what is wrong with our society! I hope that employee is ashamed of themselves!! These boys are staying out of trouble and wanted to come to the restaurant simply to eat. One of them who is a server himself and understands the work of a server!!! Shame on you ihop!!!

I went into this place with some of my friends and one of the workers was right away rude to us and acted like we were criminals and we didn't do anything. terrible service.

Had a great time. Our server was one of the best I’ve ever had. His name is Geno He was genuine fast and a great person to talk too would come again.

Stopped in after midnight early Saturday morning April 2nd and was waiting to be seated. There were also two groups of three ahead of me who had already been waiting for a few minutes. The restaurant was pretty busy for that hour and could see there was only one server (man) working floor. He was in the kitchen for a while never recognizing anyone waiting to be seated. He suddenly came out and started berating people at the tables and yelling at the top of his lungs that the restaurant sucked and was complaining about everything. The server was extremely agitated and could see people at the tables were very concerned for their safety. All of us in the waiting area immediately left due to this disturbance. I could see some of the people at tables starting to get up to leave too. I did not call police assuming others in the restaurant did. Not sure of outcome since I left the area. Just want to warn about this particular male server since his demeanor was extremely unprofessional and threatening to all customers in the restaurant this past Saturday morning around 1:30am or so.

First let me start off with saying **** this place! My waiter Bobert complimented me one to many times on my pants, they were just regular pants. SECONDLY the only reason why I came to IHOP was to have chicken tenders and guess what....... NO chicken tenders.
