Unfortunately, my online order wasn't prepared when I arrived, and the line was quite long. The staff worked hard to complete my order, and I really appreciate their effort. I would give the employees five stars, but I have to rate this location two stars because of the overwhelming workload. It might be helpful for them to establish a new routine or have a different team leader to help streamline operations. Additionally, my order was incorrect, but I didn't want to return and add to the stress of an already overworked team.
I only go to this location as a last resort for lunch. The waiting times are always frustrating, the staff often seems disengaged or like they'd rather be anywhere else, and everyone stands around for over 10 minutes waiting for an overpriced sandwich that isn't even that great.
I visited this restaurant because I was craving a sandwich. I asked the employee at the counter for a mayonnaise sandwich, but he didn’t make one for me. After that, I had a bit of an issue in the restroom and asked for a regular sandwich instead. When I finally received it, I threw it at the wall, and it exploded everywhere, creating quite a mess! Rest in peace to that poor employee.
Insanely rude staff. After they made my club and failed to put bacon or Mayo or anything it says it comes with besides meat and cheese, i brought the sandwich back and was rudely told I should have checked it for bacon myself at the register. Like it's my job to make sure they make the sandwiches right according to the menu!! Whoever owns this Jersey Mikes clearly has no concern for their customer based on their hiring. Won't be back!
This Jersey Mike's is busy enough they don't have to care. Right off the freeway, plus tons of offices nearby.Today was the worst visit so far. Typically, at this location, the workers are much more interested in their own conversations than caring much about your order. Today was the same, however, they couldn't even be bothered to care about the quality in the slightest.I ordered two minis. One of the buns the guy originally grabbed hadn't risen properly--as were what looked like about half in the tray--and was consequently pale, flat, noticably smaller and not a basically not even a sub roll in that state. When I asked him to please change it out, he was unsurprisingly a bit rude at the huge request. The line was a mess! First off, the guy putting on the toppings apparently couldn't be bothered to do the heavy lifting of scraping off the juice and fixings on the cutting board between sandwiches. I didn't want to complain, as I had already spoken up about the bread, but I actually had to ask him not to set my sub in the puddles of vinegar as he was about to do exactly that! Secondly, I have never seen such off-putting lettuce. At first glance, it looked like someone had already dressed it with juice, as it was so pink. But, it was simply not fresh or not stored properly and had turned that way. Yuck.I wish the new location 92nd/Shea had easier parking, as they're a lot nicer and more contentious at that location. And, as I said starting this review, this location is very busy, and has proven time and again to not give a sh-t.
