K O'Donnell's Sports Bar Grill

The patio at this restaurant is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is impeccable! Tessa provided us with excellent care.

The service at the restaurant was very slow even though it was not crowded. The burger was supposed to be cooked medium rare but came out well done. After sending it back, it took a long time to receive another burger which was still overcooked with no pink inside. Despite showing the server, we couldn't wait any longer as the rest of us were almost finished with our meals. We felt that a complimentary burger was warranted, but we were charged full price. However, after contacting the manager the next day, we were reassured that this was not typical customer service. The manager not only refunded the cost of the burger but the entire bill of $54.00, including the tip. This gesture exceeded our expectations and we will continue to support the restaurant because of their generosity.

The fajitas at this restaurant are excellent value for money. The service is also top-notch. This is a great spot for a casual meal. We visited on Trivia night but didn't participate... maybe next time!

The over all experience was good. The one thing that was lacking was the appetizer was cold. We had the breaded mozzarella and it was cold in the middle and un melted. However we loved the service and the atmosphere was good.

Although coined as a sports bar, it had much more than typical fried food! My guest and I each had AMAZING salads- fresh greens (not iceberg! , veggies and protein of choice. Ambience was great for a business lunch, will go again!
