Crates and their team are wonderful! had a weekend in scottsdale, and she planned and led a flawless evening meal for 17 people. the planning process was incredibly simple (at the point where I thought I should forget something) and the food and service on the day of dinner were exceptional. would like to work with kale again!

Kristen and her team are not only talented, but prompt and professional as well. We had a wonderful dinner with a large group of family and friends, and she managed everything so smoothly. We will be recommending Kristen to anyone with a large or small catering need.

The experience was overall great! Chef Kristen whipped up a unique and delicious four course meal for 8 in a very timely manner. Her assistant Sloane did a great job serving the squad and entertaining us with stories. They were both professional but also fun and kind. We miss them both already! The Beef Wellington appetizer was mouth watering so good I may name my first born after it. The take on the surf and turf was different and very tasty! And the citrus infused cake bar was delightfully spongey, soaked up the ice cream and touched our taste buds. Would def recommend the Kale PCS duo to a friend!

Kristen and her team were very professional. I am an Executive Assistant and hired Kale Chef for a private dinner, hosted by my manager, at his residence. I was very please with the set up, preparation, food, and clean up that Kristen and her team provided. The guests loved the 5 course meal that was prepared. Kristen and her team left the kitchen cleaner than they found it! Would recommend to anyone and use again!

I cannot recommend working with this company enough. My call with Kristen was thorough and she helped to curate the perfect menu for my group of 10 women who are vegetarian and pescatarian. We had Chef Justin the night of and he was funny and kind and the food was fantastic!
