Kfc - Scottsdale

Our last KFC Mesa experience was horrible, yesterday the KFC Scottsdale was awesome our server Cindy was a #10

Seriously disappointed when I ordered a family meal online, drove 8 miles round-trip to pick it up, got home and discovered our side of gravy we bought with our mashed potatoes was not there. Called them back and not only was the guy rude but never apologized, refused to comp us for the gravy we paid for and disnt get, said I could come back and pick it up (another 8 miles) or get a free cake next time I come in....there won 't be a next time.

I don’t know her name, but lunch manager has bad attitude, I ordered online, and there was no option online to choose sauce for saucy nuggets. I went into the store right away, to try and tell them Wich sauce I’d like before they made it. They ignored me along with other customers. Then when I told them I don’t want those plain wings and gave them back to the store, they were unwilling to make them the way I wanted. Told me to ask for my refund online. So I basically lost those wings and my purchase. Very inappropriate way to handle an easy situation. I worked as a lead cook in a restaurant for many years. I never treated our guest as they treated me.

Went to this KFC on Indian school rd and ordered tenders meal with two sides and 4 biscuits. They did not put my 2nd side in the bag, no napkins, no plastic utensils , and none of the butter sauce for the biscuits. Very disappointed with the service at this location

This is the third time I've been to this location and like clockwork they always forget something and I live too far to come back to get it. Check what you guys before you leave
