Mcdonald's - Scottsdale

Really it was a rather disappointing trip to mcdonald’s. the employees did not seem to be there and the service was slow. the area was pretty dirty when I got my order, the hot cake and was whispering, everything was cold and soggy. I will never come back to this mcdonald. there is a lot better place to eat here.

Eat was cold, we needed a bag of ice, they said they were all out, really! lame apologise lame workers. I was just here because my wife was hungry, that must be the worst mcdonalds in the bigger Phoenix area. Never go, they have no idea. we went to the road to carl’s jr, they had great ice and happy helpful staff?

Fast and accurate, friendly staff and a small parking space. quite normal mcdonald’s. only one of the double lanes is open when I visited during the slower after dinner, so I am not sure whether both are functional or not. independent of this, the line is always moving fast.

Extremely cold eating. only two people before me in the car thru and there was delay with their order and instead of moving them, they had my food collecting dust waiting in room temperature and getting cold. not sure why the dining room was closed, either that would have helped this situation

It's 830pm and they close the lobby whenever they feel like it lazy ass workers. Don't have pick up option online you when you close your lobby early. Complaining about walking 5 steps to the door lol same people that want to be paid more yeah right. Don't waste your time they'd love if you didn't show up!
