New York Bagels 'n Bialys Skysong

After we left, my granddaughter pointed out that the reason the food was subpar was that the kitchen staff seemed more focused on having a good time than on their work. Meanwhile, the young woman who seated us was overwhelmed—taking orders from multiple tables, delivering food, handling payments, and managing takeout orders all on her own. It was clear that no one was in charge. We won't be returning.

New York Bagels Bialy in Skysong is fantastic. I ordered Nova lox with cream cheese, onion, and tomato on a perfectly toasted everything bagel. In hindsight, I could have opted for a bialy, but my breakfast was still wonderful. I also tried their version of home fries, which were tasty but more reminiscent of French fries, lacking the grilled diced onions that I usually expect in home fries. The service was excellent, with a friendly and efficient server. The venue itself was very pleasant, and I appreciated the ample free parking available outside, which is also wheelchair accessible.

Looking forward to trying the food at some point.The place looks nice, menu looks good.We came at 2:30, waited 1-2 minutes for someone to seat us and were advised by the host AND our server that they close in 30minutes.It seemed like plenty of time to order and eat to me, but we clearly weren't welcome so we left.

The food is top notch! I've had the grilled cheese tomato soup, Benedict Florentine, and some bagels. Everything is amazing so far. Love the laid back feel here, relaxing atmosphere. I come later in the morning/early afternoon and it's never been busy. Great place to come and get some work done.Food: 5/5

I had an amazing experience today! The bagels were the best I've ever had, and to top it off, we received a complimentary coffee to take with us. We didn't even ask for it, but our waiter kindly surprised us. He mentioned he was new, but he did an outstanding job! We traveled here for a concert, and we will definitely be coming back.
