Palo Verde At The Boulders Resort

The restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance and excellent service. The food was very enjoyable. However, the cocktails are quite pricey. Despite that, I will definitely return.

The restaurant has a unique atmosphere, but the lighting and ambiance at night leave much to be desired. The cold blue tones accentuating the white vaulted ceiling create a chilly feel, which is quite the opposite of inviting. On a positive note, we enjoyed the New Year's menu. We had made our reservation for around 7 PM and were served the first two courses promptly. However, there was a noticeable delay in the kitchen, and the main courses were finally brought out to several tables at 9:15 PM. The staff were adequate, but it seemed like many were inexperienced or still learning. They rushed around while water glasses remained empty and used plates lingered on the table.

The dining experience was excellent, and the service was consistently very good. It was New Year's Eve, and the atmosphere was quite unique given the number of tables.

Great food and wonderful service for a quiet anniversary dinner.

Everything was very good with all six of us that dined. Would like to see a few more entre choices on the menu.
