Contribuisci feedbackThis is a fantastic spot for Italian cuisine! We ordered the Pesto Pasta and the oven-roasted carrots, and both dishes were excellent. Our friends also tried the pizzas and enjoyed them. We did have to wait a bit longer for our reservation since the tables were occupied, but the hostess was very friendly and ensured that we had a great experience.
As soon as you step through the door, the atmosphere envelops you, setting the perfect stage for both the service and the food. I had my heart set on the lasagna, and I'm so glad I did! The tomato sauce was absolutely delightful—full of flavor without any off-putting bitterness or acidity. The lasagna itself was a vibrant, delicious masterpiece. The food was amazing, and the company made the experience even better. I truly felt like I was in heaven!
The decor was charming enough, with some blue fabric chairs, Ikea-style lighting, and a wall of mirrors—pretty lovely overall. However, the food arrived far too quickly for comfort. Our appetizers were served just 30 seconds after we ordered, and the main courses came out only two minutes later. We started with the Burrata bruschetta, but it did not impress. It was a poorly executed cheese on toast, topped with a small piece of tomato and a basil leaf, and tasted too acidic. The menu had mentioned honey, but there was no hint of sweetness whatsoever. I've tried bruschetta at many places, and this one ranked at the bottom. I had the pappardelle Bolognese, which had a decent flavor but was otherwise unremarkable. The noodles were excessively chewy, and they were overloaded with cheese, leaving hard bits stuck in my teeth—quite uncomfortable. To top it off, the restaurant was noisy with children, as they serve pizza and the mothers were enjoying their wine. I hadn't anticipated so many kid-friendly tables in this place. Halfway through our meal, the sun blazed through the tinted windows, making it difficult to see for the rest of our time there. In the end, for two entrees, two diet sodas, and an appetizer, the bill reached $100. It was truly an underwhelming experience, and I won't be returning.
Such a sweet place with a great mood! I started with a drink, the strawberry flower that was delicious. I would definitely order the freshly made Focaccia, super tasty. The Bolognese was very good and the wine was excellent. Our server so friendly and had no problem staying with us after enjoying the closeness of the wine.
Ended up choosing Parma since none in the family could agree on one of the usual spots. Food was excellent and good amount of options for vegetarians.
